BCBA Fieldwork Supervision for Teachers and Non-Clinical Professionals
This supervision model is a good fit if you:
Are a teacher, special education teacher, or school-based provider
Are accruing BCBA fieldwork hours in a classroom or educational setting
Need unrestricted hours accrued in your work setting and not with extra ‘homework’
Do not work in a clinic or hold an RBT position (e.g., group homes, community settings)
Want supervision that respects your existing professional experience
Many educators pursuing a BCBA certification worry that their experience will not “count” or that supervision will feel disconnected from their daily work. This is not and does not need to be true. My supervision approach is designed to bridge that gap.
I provide remote BCBA and BCaBA supervision focused on developing strong clinical reasoning, ethical decision making, and practical skill application. Supervision is structured, collaborative, and grounded in naturalistic, assent-based ABA approaches that prepare supervisees for real-world work with families, schools, and clinics.
Supervision is billed at $75 per supervised hour, 5% of total hours accrued monthly. I am currently offering supervision for a minimum total hours of 30 hours (1.5 supervised) and a maximum of 100 hours (5 supervised) per month. There is no long-term commitment, and supervision may be paused or discontinued at any time.
Supervision is delivered remotely through Google Meet and follows BACB fieldwork requirements. Meetings may include direct discussion, modeling, reviewing recorded sessions when available, and structured activities to build core competencies. Systems for tracking hours and competency development are designed to be life-friendly and easy to maintain.
A note about unrestricted hours
Educators completing fieldwork are not functioning as RBTs in the classroom. Teachers are responsible for instructional design, data-based decision making, and ongoing modification of instruction, which often includes behavior-analytic activities. Supervision focuses on helping educators appropriately identify and document unrestricted hours within their professional role. Eligibility of hours depends on the nature of the activity and documentation, not job title alone.
Every supervisee begins with a meet-up appointment to determine fit, review expectations, and discuss how you would like to structure your fieldwork.
Services are offered on a limited basis and subject to eligibility, fit, and applicable regulations.
