About Me
I’m Megan Connell, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Special Education Teacher with experience supporting children, families, and educators in both school, clinical and community settings. I have over fifteen years of experience working with autistic children and their families.
My work focuses on compassionate behavior support that fits real life. I value clear communication and creating naturalistic plans that are realistic for the environments where children spend their time.
I provide parent coaching for families who want guidance with skill building, daily routines, and understanding behavior through a supportive, strengths-based approach. I also offer BCBA and BCaBA fieldwork supervision for students who want structured, individualized feedback rooted in applied practice and professional growth.
